- Bill of Lading (ocean BL) or Air Waybill (AWB) for your shipment.

Customs timing and process
- Customs clearance usually takes 10–15 business days once the cargo arrives and documents are complete.

- Exact timing, duties and customs outcomes depend on each case and the authority; we don't guarantee them, but we manage them for you.
Vehicles and special cases
